This year, National Council decided to give chapter status to a group of sisters from a colony who are incredibly driven and ambitious. Dear Sisters, It is with tremendous grief that we share the loss of another beautiful sister. On December 2nd, 2017, Khushbu Kheti, Sister Rapture #3 of the Xi Class of the Gamma Chapter lost her long fight to cancer. On behalf of the sisters of Delta Phi Omega Sorority, Incorporated, we stand in solidarity in the fight for justice for Asifa Bano. Asifa was an 8 year old Muslim girl who was killed by politicians in Kashmir in January. She was sedated for 3 days, raped and tortured by multiple men, then strangled.
