We are elated to announce that with this year’s fundraising efforts, we have been able to raise $14,602 for our philanthropy from hosting our annual and national Literacy Through Unity Week. Once again, our nation suffers a deep tragedy. Asifa was an 8 year old Muslim girl who was killed by politicians in Kashmir in January. She was sedated for 3 days, raped and tortured by multiple men, then strangled.
