The sisters of Delta Phi Omega Sorority, Incorporated condemn the acts of terrorism, white supremacy, discrimination, and racism that recently occured in Charlottesville, VA. We are deeply saddened by the events of this past weekend, and our thoughts and prayers go out to the impacted families and friends in Charlottesville.
As a national organization, we take a stand in solidarity with those who protested against these heinous acts of terrorism. We are a diverse organization with members from all nationalities, races, and backgrounds, and will stand together to fight for equality amongst all. The bigotry and hateful acts of violence will not go unnoticed. We call on the elected leaders of the goverment to hold the President of the United States of America accountable to protect and lead our nation with liberty and justice for all. The sisters join alongside many other organizations to stand against the white supremecy exhibited, and will continue to believe in what is right and just.
